Sales Representative (Project Manager)

The Gig

As a Sales Representative at Alamo Roofing, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, managing leads, overseeing projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in driving positive brand experiences by adhering to the company’s methods and training standards. As a subcontractor “salesperson” for Alamo Roofing, your mission is to represent our brand with professionalism and dedication.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a proactive and dynamic individual with at least two years of sales or customer service experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and listening skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage time effectively. You should be comfortable working in various weather conditions, have no restrictions on climbing or carrying ladders, and be adept at using canvasser software. A structured environment and meeting deliverable expectations should come naturally to you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify residential sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in high-opportunity neighborhoods and around current projects.
  • Initiate conversations with homeowners and homeowners’ associations to gain entry and build relationships.
  • Handle company-generated leads efficiently using approved software systems for data entry.
  • Exhibit superior time management skills to balance various responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Zero restrictions to climbing ladders, carrying ladders, putting up ladders and the like.
  • Zero restrictions to being in the direct elements like the heat of the sun.
  • Utilize canvasser software.
  • Paramount listening skills, communication skills.
  • Required meetings by the company are (Monday am, Thursday am, and Saturday 9:30
  • breakfast).
  • 2-year of prior sales/customer service experience minimum with 1 year in retail roofing.
  • Experience in working under a structured environment to meet deliverable expectations.
  • Demonstrates ability to drive operational excellence.
  • No health, or 401k.

Pay $75,000 – $200,000 a year 

Compensation Package

  • 1099 contract
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • $300 per CA signed in the first 60 days

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
