Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, gross profit, and net profitability.
  • Lead and oversee all sales operations, ensuring the team is trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
  • Conducted in-field training sessions for project managers (PMs), fostering strong relationships and aligning them with the company’s sales expectations.
  • Continuously provide coaching and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring positive brand experiences and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance reports, provide timely analysis, and make strategic decisions to increase profitability.
  • Structure and host effective meetings and presentations for sales staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Assist the sales staff with appointments and ensure they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Must be a US citizen/ legally authorized to live and work in the US, NO VISAs. 
  • Two years of fast-paced sales/business leadership experience.
  • Two years of roofing experience.
  • Experience working in a structured environment to meet deliverable expectations.
  • Demonstrates ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Contributions to the overall direction and success of the business.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Interested in learning resources and tools.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends.
  • Energy, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas on how to grow our business/presence.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.

Pay $150,000 – $375,000 a year

Compensation Package

  • 1099 contract
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission only
  • Monthly bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
