The Gig

The subcontract Canvasser team member is responsible for knocking on doors via company-assigned street routes. Your goal is to introduce the company to homeowners, gauge their interest in a “property assessment,” and set appointments with interested homeowners. All interactions are logged into the company appointment system and verified weekly.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a structured environment, capable of taking direction and executing tasks efficiently, and committed to upholding company values and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Walk and knock on doors in company-assigned neighborhoods.
• Engage with homeowners about their current property situation.
• Generate interest in our services.
• Secure appointments for a Project Manager to conduct a Property Assessment.
• Log all visits and outcomes in the company system.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen/ legally authorized to live and work in the US, NO VISAs. 
• Minimum of 1 year of prior fast-paced work experience.
• Proven ability to work under structured conditions and meet deliverable expectations.
• Demonstrates ability to take direction and execute tasks.
• Commitment to upholding company values and standards.

Pay

• Base Pay: $20/hr.
• Tiered Bonus Pay: $50-$100 per appointment conducted

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday, 3:00 PM – Until Dark and Saturday, 10:00 AM Until Dark
