I looked at a lot of companies and was impressed by a certain few, but what really solidified my choice in Alamo was their experience working with insurance companies and making the whole hail claims process as stress-free as possible. Having David come out first to assess, and then be there personally for the insurance inspection made all of the logistics so much more streamlined, and through the Alamo team’s efforts of indicating the damage incurred and code regulation needs at replacement, I was granted a new roof, garage door, and gutter system. Alamo Roofing provided fast and good service after I needed a new roof from recent hail storms. They worked with me and my insurance and the job was done fast and easy, even handling having the solar panels removed during the process and then reattached. They did the roof work itself in just one day despite some of the sub roof material needing work and replacement and after letting it settle, got my solar remounted.
